Nexus Integra is a modular platform that provides three functional layers:
- Data Acquisition layer to ingest large amounts of data with lack of integrity including interoperability with other corporate Information Systems.
- Data Processing layer to provide standard, structured and unified information, no matter the data source is…
- Data Presentation layer to create customized views of integrated information including BI Dashboards, Alarms and Customized Reports.
Production and control equipments generate large amount of data which is integrated thanks to the Nexus Integra Connector by using any standard industrial communication protocol. All the gathered data is registered in Real Time. For a complete integration, Nexus Integra connector interfaces with other Data Bases or Business Systems tools (ERP, MES, CRM, etc…)
The Big Data storage system is in charge of gathering all the data coming from the Nexus Integra Connector providing the data framework to build exploitation modules on top of this mine-gold.
Finally, the Big Data platform shares the unified and standardized information in real time with different exploitation modules which allow to drastically improve the company productivity and profitability.
Modules
